bits and pieces pt. 2

Adam and I have continued to have such an eventful summer. We've been spoiled with so many fun family vacations.

Here's just a brief summary of what we've been up to....

We had our Robins family reunion in Yellowstone. It's so much fun getting together with all the extended family. We're rapidly growing with people getting married and having children. While there we visited all the popular geyser locations, including Old Faithful. We swam/jumped at the fun Fire-hole river, and did some white-water rafting! It was all such a blast.

April and Jared got married in the Provo temple on July 19th. The day was perfect! They had a beautiful reception in my in-laws backyard. They're absolutely perfect for each other and I could be more happy for them!

My best friend, Mckell, also got married. She looked stunning! I was so glad I was able to attend her wedding ceremony. Her new hubby treats her like a gem and they're both just so in love. So, so happy for them.

Adam and I have been lucky enough to go to Lake Powell 3 times this summer! The first trip was with a big group of friends and the last two have been with my awesome family.

Both Jackie and Mindy along with their kiddos were able to come visit for a few weeks while both husbands were away for medical school. It's so fun to be able to see them. I love all my perfect nieces and nephews just too stinkin much!!!

I heard a few months ago that Wicked was coming to the Capitol Theatre again and I was DYING to go!! We checked online to see what tickets we could get and were sorely disappointed to find that just about everything was sold out (and when I say sorely disappointed I mean DEVISTATED. And when I say "we" really I just mean "I." Adam wasn't too upset.) However, Adam surprised me with a date up to SLC. We enjoyed Hires Big H hamburgers and then went and saw the play.

I haven't stopped singing it since.

Now we're headed off with the Lewis family for the annual California trip! Only a few more weeks of fun until school starts up. Ahh!
