bits and pieces of life

Not much has been going on with Adam and I since our honeymoon. We've just been working day in and day out and enjoying every hour that we get together.

Here are some pictures of what we've been up to the past few weeks.....

Sweet little Hailey broke her arm the Sunday before Memorial day. We were just leaving the Orem cemetery on our bikes and decided to stop at the soccer fields close by to shoot on goal (of course the boys brought a soccer ball, they don't go anywhere without one!). We were playing the game "World Cup" when Adam (Robins) took a shot. Hailey, being the goalie, stuck both arms out to block the shot when... SNAP..... The ball hit her wrist perfectly and snapped it right in half. Hailey was so tough and hardly cried at all. Even while the obnoxious brothers were making jokes like, "ah yeah, sorry I underestimated my strength" or "you're lucky that was my weak foot." She now has a cute pink cast with a whole lot of signatures on it!

We decided to cut Devins hair the night before his big State Cup championship game. He looked like SUCH a jock out there on the field. Unfortunately, it didn't carry his team to victory. And, unfortunately, we had to cut it right after his game because he spoke in sacrament meeting the next day. Hey, it was fun while it lasted!!

This picture just cause it's so stinkin cute and Adam is going to be the best dad some day. This cute gal is Adam's cousins daughter.

Because we can't afford real golfing. When there's a will, there's a way. Practicing his swing on the front lawn.

I assisted Claire in taking April and J. Bill's engagements. We went up to this pretty meadow-like area by Stewart Falls. The pictures turned out SO pretty.

Well, that's all for now! Life is treating me and my sweetheart well. We've got a fun few months ahead of us!
